This document provides information about a competency-based training workshop to be held on August 24, 2012 in Hyderabad, India. The workshop will provide practical tools and strategies to make training more competency-focused, engaging, and effective to achieve learning results. Mr. Sri Harsha Govardhana is the founder and Managing Director of Sarvagnya
Solutions Private Limited. He has over 2 decades of well rounded, rich HR and
business strategy experience in Consulting, Engineering, Pharma, Hospitality,
