Ms. Janel P. Phillip has been a dynamic Learning and OD Practitioner for the last 16 years and a trainer for 19 years. She is currently employed at the Power Generation Company of Trinidad and Tobago (PowerGen). She serves as an Executive Board Member of the Human Resource Management Association of Trinidad and Tobago (HRMATT) as the Secretary and a Member of the Board of Directors of the Government Human Resource Services Company Limited (GHRS).
