LETSINTERN – THE PRODUCT
Identifying needs
Speaking to the relevant person in your organization. Establishing the research areas or work areas where
an intern can assist the firm and add value to it. Which function or project would benefit from an intern
and vice-versa.
Getting a Job Description
Indian firms have faired poorly on this account. We all know of instances or have personally experienced
situations of bad or no job descriptions for interns. A simple example is that “research form filling and
data entry” is what most internships end up as. We believe there is a lot more one should do and can do
with a bunch of smart, well groomed students with good communication skills. Therefore, we lay great
emphasis in creating a good job description which not only attracts the best talent but also results in more
value added to the project/function.
Pre-Selecting Candidates
We understand the work-load that most HR managers have juggling between recruitment, training,
retention, employee activities etc. Therefore, based on the preference communicated to us by the HR
department, we will forward you candidates by pre-screening and pre-interviewing them. Thus, you will
only be selecting from a choice set of your preference.
Monitoring and Feedback
We have a very strong feedback and monitoring mechanism at both end of the program. At the outset of
the internship, we will get an expectation setting form filled from both the Company as well as the intern.
There will be a mid-review form as well as a mid-review chat. Based on feedback from mid-review form
and chat, both parties will be suggested on how the second leg of the internship can be made more fruitful
for both parties concerned.
Post Evaluation and Case Study Generation
We would do a post evaluation of the internship based on end-results and initial expectation. This will
help company realize that how it can add value to it internship program and how successful it was. Also,
each candidate will have to compulsorily submit a case study based on his/her experience.
Our FEES:
We would love to do this for free, but we have to cover our administrative costs and invest in growing
this space. Our fees are bare minimal as mentioned below:
Rs. 1999/- only for the first candidate.
Rs. 999/- for every subsequent candidate.
