Multiple site sourcing at desired locality of client as per its demand / business format
i.e. high footfall area, high visibility, strong residential & commercial catchment,
Site visit with bank’s representative at proposed properties, if required
Negotiation of monthly rent to reduce client’s regular OPEX cost
Detailing of nearest onsite & offsite atms in offered PPT in 250mtr radius with their
unique atm ID and two 24-hrs slips
Neighbourhood catchment detail of site e.g. retailers or corporate, in offered PPT
Details of residential, Corporate & Retail strengths with-in radius of 1 km e.g. Types,
Segment, Population for expected CASA
High importance on accessibility, visibility & branding significance of proposed sites

Sharing of LOI with Lessor

Preparation of mutually agreed lease deed in b/n both parties
Payment of security deposit (part/full) to Lessor at LOI/ lease deed
