6. Warehousing & Management Service
• Complete WMS Solution:
VIL understands that maintaining control of products, space, equipment,
manpower, and other resources within your warehouse operation is essential
for the survival of your business. Especially in a collaborative environment,
the WMS fulfillment and up-to-the-second data is critical. That's why we
developed (and continually enhance) an advanced, logical WMS solution that
provides you with the ability to direct warehouse workflow and throughput,
track inventory to virtually 100% accuracy, and control the use of warehouse
space and equipment.
• Value Added Service:
Carried out in the warehouse include service such Price Labeling, Packing,
Stickering, Quality check, Documentation management, sorting

7. • Documentation Management: Well documented & refined processes
for receipt, put away, picking documentation.
• Vendor Management & Compliance: We also provide the Vendor
Management service for the vehicles that are dedicated/deployed at the
Warehouse by the Clients. Tracking of Inbound and outbound Logistics
through dedicated team members, delivery performance for all the Vendors is
done to have better control over cost to ensure better profitability .
Furthermore, we plan the combination of routes ensuring optimum
profitability. Liaising and Co-ordination with customers is also carried out for
their transportation needs. Adding to it, Checking all bills of Vendors as per
contract and process the same for making payments to the Vendor is facilitated
too.

8. Multi Modal
Transportation
• Redistribution: Warehouses expedite secondary distribution through a well
defined route and an appropriate scheduling system. The vehicles used depend
upon the size requirement of the Clients. For e.g. LCV/Trucks or vans to save
time and money. Furthermore, within a minimum transit time a milk run or
redistribution of the stock for 4/5 locations in a vehicle from the Hub Centres to
different wholesale dealers/distributors is carried out
• Primary Transportation: Primary transportation is carried out using all type of
vehicles. It ranges from LP Trucks/24ft container/32 ft sxl container/32 ft mxl
container etc..as per the requirement of our Clients. This is done to ensure
speed ,safety and cost efficiency. To full fill the requirements of our Clients, we
have our own fleet of different sizes, more than 800 containers/trucks. The
following are data of own fleet strength :-
