Inventory Control-U.S. Marine Corps
• Conducted monthly inventory of 75 tools per truck for 100 trucks to maintain accountability
totaling a value in excess of $200,000.
• Requisitioned all tools identified as missing, unserviceable or incomplete.
• Created a new inventory template using Microsoft Excel and implemented a more efficient
inventory process to make it easier to identify deficiencies and requisition parts.
• Trained five assistants how to conduct inventories and requisition parts in the absence of an
immediate Supervisor.

annual savings of over $2,500.
• Assisted five units outside of my command to establish their inventory control procedures with
