paced environment with a sense of urgency second to none. While at Sky Chefs /
American Airlines, as Materials Manager my team was responsible for the planning &
production of 48,000 meals per day, 7 days a week, and 365 days a year. All of which
could not be one minute late and had to be of the highest standards. My food experience
spans, procurement, storage, handling, sanitation, preparation & production, account
management, and delivery.
