PREPARING FOR THE PRESENTATION
PREPARE A “ONE-SHEET” FOR CLIENT
• FRONT SIDE OF ONE SHEET: GRAPHIC DESIGN OF IMAGE
• BACK SIDE: INFORMATION WHICH WILL INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING
• Name of Company and its representatives here today
• Strategy Explanation: Why you think this image will appeal in the market, who is it aimed at? What
demographic?
• Social Media targets and launch date. Why are choosing to focus on these two social Media targets.
• A little information as to why you think your AD will appeal to the demographic
PITCHING YOUR TAKE ON THE PRODUCT
• One of you should be the primary speaker (The best public speaker)
• One of you should pass out the ’one sheets’ to the group (make at least 5 copies on card stock, not printer paper
• One person should be at the lectern/computer ready to roll the AD when given the cute from the whomever is
‘pitching.’
• The Pitch should talk to the clients as if they are the prospective customer and why they would, out of the hundreds
of similar products, choose THIS ONE.
• You are, in a sense, providing the SET UP/INTRO/ ACT ONE of the AD.
• After you have intro’d the AD, at the appropriate moment, you should cue the member of your team to dim lights,
roll AD
