certain college 10 years back, 5 years and 2 years back. Use
option A to search years and option B to change the school
focus.

Do they tend to work in your industry?
Do they tend to work for your competitor?
Bottom line: Target schools that consistently turn out
grads that tend to live where you recruit, stay in your
industry and work for your competitors.
