What is Anger?
• An emotion characterized by
antagonism toward someone or
something you feel has deliberately
done you wrong.
• Can be positive or negative.
• Can be a means of coping with
distressing situations through the
expression of negative feelings
• Can also motivate you to find
solutions to problems.
• But excessive anger can cause
problems.
