About Us..
Pili Nut is the main ingredient in manufacturing the coffee offered. Pili en tasse creates an innovative
coffee with different flavors that leads the business to be the center of the crowd. Pili en tasse produces
nutritious coffee that is good for everyone. Most of the fat coming from a piece of pili nut will be helpful
in letting down the bad cholesterol habits. Pili en tasse coffee would contain phosphorus and magnesium
that makes customer’s bones healthy and boost their energy needed in their daily living activities. This
product will also be helpful for the individuals in protection to those heart diseases as Pili en tasse
products have a high content of antioxidant.
Pili en tasse Pili Pulp Processing is a manufacturing type of business that
produces ready to drink pili coffee with different flavors namely Pili Coffee,
Pili Coffee with Turmeric, Pili Coffee with Cacao and the iced of the three .
The price varies depending on the flavor and the cup size. Pili en tasse Pili
Pulp Processing initially plans to establish physical store where we can
exhibit our products to introduce first in the market, but due to covid
protocols the group decided to sell the coffee through online and peddle the
coffee once or twice a month around Sorsogon City.

Due to the pandemic the group decided to
sell the coffee online and so the customers
would be able to brew it themselves with
the temperature they want to have. This
results to removing the product line under
iced coffee with the reason of price and the
ice itself
Shipping fee increases the
product variable cost.
Customer’s taste level has a lot of
differences resulting for some
adjustment to meet their preferences
like in sugar, creamer etc.
Total sales is affected by
different factors such as way
of selling, eliminating retailers
and reducing the number of
quota to be produced and
sold.
Since Pili en Tasse is new to the
market it was not easy for the
business to reach its expected
profit and it takes time to gradually
reach the profit we planned.

Summary
Being new to the business industry, Pili en tasse experienced
lot of challenges leading for the business to choose a different
direction from the planned path and opportunities as well that
inspire the business to continue and develop progression
inside the business. The fact that problems are inevitable, Pili
en Tasse continually look for the best solution for it
(promotional activities for marketing strategy, alternatives for
reducing costs, good communication inside the organization
and financial reports transparency). Since there are changes
being implemented including the strategies, quota schedules
and tasks division, these affected the accomplishments of the
company in a domino effect. With this, the Pili en Tasse still
manages to update the legal documents of the company
which provide security and proves the company eligibility. Pili
en Tasse takes time to recover from the losses but little by little
the business is able to regain.
