Something that every company must have
Very important in order to ensure that the
company operation will be going smoothly
If it does not implemented, the operation
will be unsystematic, there’s conflicts
between managers and employees, and the
business might failed.

The company has their own code of conduct that
need to be followed by the employees
Every employees must sign an agreement to
follow the code of conduct at the beginning of
their career at coffee bean
Any misconduct will be taken into action as
stated in the agreement
The employees will undergo 3 days training
before starting their career in coffee
