Bangladesh has a population density but remains one of the happiest countries despite challenges with unemployment. The leather industry contributes to the economy but there is a need for more skilled labor. The Centre of Excellence for Leather Skill Bangladesh Limited was established with support from international organizations to provide training to reduce poverty and meet the demand for 60,000 skilled workers needed in the leather sector.
