This document outlines a code of ethics and professional conduct for project managers. It includes 4 core values: responsibility, respect, fairness, and honesty. For each value, it lists mandatory standards that are firm requirements and aspirational standards that project managers should strive to uphold. The mandatory standards establish rules around issues like reporting unethical conduct, avoiding conflicts of interest and discrimination.
