The "Leader as Coach" program aims to equip participants with coaching skills to lead and establish a coaching culture within their organizations. The program uses a methodology called DANCE to teach coaching skills like communication and coaching principles. It is an experiential program with practice sessions and a tool to institutionalize coaching. The program covers coaching skills, methodology, ethics, using assessments, and a model called Bushido to cascade coaching culture. Upon completion, participants will be certified as "Leader as Coach" with 24 hours of training, workshops, individual coaching, and audio assessment. The program will be led by Akash Chander, a certified coach with over 15 years of experience and 1000+ hours of coaching.
