This proposal outlines a training and development program with the following components: an icebreaker activity, strategies for assessing training needs such as surveys and contacting businesses, prioritizing the top three needs based on analysis and collaboration, an audience of job seekers, businesses, and trainers, an outline of program components using backwards design, and evaluation of participant feedback to inform future trainings. The goal is for participants to gain understanding and learning that can be applied in their next steps regarding training, self-assessment, and follow-up.
