attitudes, and practices; organizational capacity) should be collected?
Stage 3 – Implementation of The Action Plan
What short- and long-term actions will it take to achieve your goals (in
curriculum, assessment, instruction, professional development, policy,
and resource allocation)?
What strategies will help your team achieve the desired results?
Who will be responsible? What resources will be needed?
