Experience & Qualification Highlights
ORGANIZATIONAL INITIATIVES
 Contracted with Exelon in 1999 to assist their merger integration team in developing the
Supervisory Development Program (SDP). Teamed with Program Managers from PECO’s
Supervisory Development Academy and ComEd’s Frontline Leadership Program to identify and
select best practices from each program and combine to create Exelon’s four week SDP.
 Collaborated with a global team at Westinghouse from 2008 to 2009 to establish standards and
procedures for the Westinghouse training organization. This was a comprehensive effort that
included managers from Sweden, England and the United States. Assisted in creating training
assessment, development, delivery and evaluation standards for the worldwide organization.
 In 2013, worked with AREVA to help develop an Engineering Summit for leaders in the
Engineering and Projects organization. Facilitated targeted modules, developed an accountability
assessment tool for the organization, provided feedback to the senior leaders of the division and
developed an evening team building event.
 Organized a communication and alignment initiative for Three Mile Island Nuclear Plant which
consisted of interviews with over 40 leaders, feedback to plant leadership team, and team and
alignment training.
 Developed a two day Leader Integration session for Oyster Creek Nuclear Station to assist new
Plant Manager in setting expectations, establishing standards, building trust among plant
leadership and creating a strong leadership team.
FACILITATOR/TRAINER
 Trained over 1500 frontline supervisors for Exelon’s four week Supervisory Development Program
in Chicago and Philadelphia, US, delivering a variety of leadership development modules such as
Conflict Management, Giving Effective Feedback, Decision Making, Emotional Intelligence,
Communication and Listening, etc.
 Facilitated AREVA’s three week High Stakes Field Leadership program, delivering leadership
development modules and working with Field Leaders to improve leadership and management
effectiveness for outage environments in nuclear industry
 Facilitated more than 50 sessions of Westinghouse’s three day Foundations I program in US and
China, delivering focused training on legal responsibilities of supervisors and managers
 Facilitated Westinghouse’s Business Cultural Intelligence program in France, US, and Germany
 Facilitated key modules for Supervisory Development Programs such as Myers Briggs Type
Indicator, Targeted Selection, Active Listening, Teams, Coaching, Situational Leadership,

Customer Service.

 Facilitated several two-day training seminars for Waste Management’s Information Technology
analysts, focusing on software systems, and standard operating procedures.
 Facilitated training and consulted on technical document for the I.A.E.A. (International Atomic
Energy Agency) in Vilnius, Lithuania and Vienna, Austria.
 Facilitated Supervisory programs which included HR topics such as EEO, Agent of the
Company, Laws, Legal Responsibilities of Supervisors, Interviewing, etc.
INSTRUCTIONAL DESIGNER
 Utilized the ADDIE and SAT model to assess training needs and to design, develop, implement
and evaluate training material and programs
 Designed and developed material for Exelon Corporation’s four week leadership development
program, Supervisory Development Program, including creating specialized formats for learning
and engagement that used elements of gamification

Apec Corporation
 Audited customer service responses for Mt. Sinai Hospital and Schwab Rehabilitation Hospital,
which included anonymous observation of over 45 hospital departments. Prepared and presented
detailed report on observations with recommendations, then incorporated into Customer Service
training
 Conducted telephone audit for Alexian Brothers Medical Center, which involved making over
300 calls to over 60 departments. Prepared detailed spreadsheet comparing findings to previous
audit and presented report with specific findings and recommendations, incorporating data into
