We provide a platform for companies to create engaging, interactive job skills training apps through a simple authoring system that maps training content to game modules, allowing employees to learn through mobile games. Our goal is to create an online marketplace for interactive job skills training apps, similar to models used by the App Store and iTunes, in order to make training more effective and provide employers with useful data on learning outcomes.

The stakeholder provided feedback on two prototypes to help graduates transition from video game school to industry:
1) An accelerator within the school to support game startups. The stakeholder liked gaining entrepreneurial skills but wanted more details on graduates' independence after commercializing their first game.
2) Partnering with publishers for outsourced work. The stakeholder worried this could exploit students but liked the practical experience. Questions remained about demand, payment, and intellectual property rights.
The stakeholder provided suggestions like publishers directly backing seed studios or representatives visiting distant schools. Both prototypes show promise but need refinement on graduate autonomy and protections.
