In Logistics & Infrastructure Delivery section, manage, coordinate
and supervise the follow up on key delivery milestones, as stated in
the contract to ensure delivery on time; initiate prompt actions if
milestones event on schedules are not met; ensure that the delivery
event take place in accordance with contractual agreements and
resolve any exceptions, discrepancies or constraints; work in
conjunction with the inspection function to identify potential quality
problems which may cause slippage of delivery time; provide reports
to Contract Holder on the following aspects of contract delivery detail
contracts delivery status, shipping and Custom Clearance
information, liaise with Shipping Department to assure that all

required certification are obtained. Create and constantly update a
database with all relevant information on contracts SoW, delivery
dates, status, completed and ongoing actions, etc.; following
company policies and procedures performing any other contracts
administering task requested.
2007 - 2008 Agip KCO
District Storage Unit Coordinator.
In Logistics & Infrastructure Dept., Provide the supervision, control,
administration and professional input for General Services and ICT
central storage unit facilities. Participating in establishing policies
regarding material management and associated storage services for
which General Services and ICT is responsible in Kazakhstan;
Organisation of General Services and ICT storage unit material
management operations and personnel; Management of the storage
unit work on material receipt, storage and issue; to control storage
unit operations, to complete, keep and save records and to complete
timely reports on Storage Unit activities; Ensuring that safe storage
practices are carried out to maintain storage unit efficiency; ensuring
AGIP KCO goods inwards/outwards data base applications;
participate in the development and implementation of measures on
Storage Unit activities effectiveness; maintain records of all
movements of materials to and from the Storage Unit facility;
Liaising with Security, HSE and other departments within Agip KCO
District Division as necessary to coordinate provision of relevant
services and to ensure that health, safety and security issues are
identified and managed. Controlling and making sure all storage Unit
facilities are installed and equipped following safety, health and
environmental norms and regulations; coordinating inventory and
distribution of all PPE in Agip KCO.

At Atyrau Training Centre, coordinate and ensure availability and
readiness of workshops, equipment, materials, tools and
consumables for the scheduled practical activity within ATC
workshops; liaise to obtain both training program’s schedules and
content; workshops requirements to be coordinated with
instructional staff as well; coordinate ATC technical staff to
implement the requirements of ATC HSE MS; check the updating on
a monthly basis the whole ATC Materials Inventory, through a daily
update of the EMTS; coordinate technical staff to prepare and
implement a WSs equipment preventive maintenance schedule,
through updating and maintaining of workshops’ check-lists in use;
check, according to coding as agreed with Finance Dept., the correct

administration for the construction of a 120 km, 26” Oil pipeline from
the Italian-Swiss border to Piemonte.
