Scope of Work: 
Document Control Center: 
• La preparation de la documentation necessaire aux differents projets du CPF. 
• Cotation, indexation et classement des documents, ce qui permet de faciliter la recheche. 
• Elaboration reguliere de 1'audit du fond documentaire technique ainsi que la bibliotheque technique. 
• Preparation de la documentation necessaire au differents Shutdown (P&ID ,data sheets , ... ). 
• Mise a jour de la documentation Base Case . 
• Assistance des ingenieurs en matiere de recherche documentaire et distribution des drawings, maps, datasheets 
et specifications .... 
• Assurer la reception, diffusion et classement des divers rapports tels que : le rapport journalier de production, 
le rapport mensuel, le rapport 
d'implantation... , le rapport annuel, lact unit, rapports de production, FCP... 
• Alimentation du fond documentaire des differents departement 
(exploitation , maintenance ,EP,Construction, logistique. )par la fourniture de la documentation necessaire. 
• Scanner des documents en differents formats (AO, Al, A3 etc...) selon les besoins des ingenieurs. 
• Execution des taches de duplication, plotting et reliure des documents demandes par le personnel des 
differents departements. 
• Acces on-line au normes industrielles (API, ASME, ASTM). 
• Veiller sur la constitution et la Gestion du fonds de la bibliotheque 
technique, (normes, ouvrages de reference ,periodiques specialisees CD).
