2. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES AS MATERIAL COORDINATOR IN FPSO
Coordinates and expedites flow of materials, parts, and assemblies between sections or departments, according to production
and shipping schedules or department priorities, and compiles and maintains manual or computerized records: Reviews
production schedules and related information and confers with department supervisors to determine material requirements to
identify overdue materials and to track material
Computes amount of material required to complete job orders, applying knowledge of product and manufacturing processes
Compiles and maintains manual or computerized records, such as material inventory, in-process production reports, and status
and location of materials. Make-inventory and set-up all spare parts and consumables items in FPSO storage warehouse by each
components and create proper locations.
Check the job schedule in the system for the repair of various equipments according to the running hours for each equipment.
And immediately reported to the Maintenance Superintendent onboard.
Control and monitor the accuracy of all receive operating spares/materials against shipping invoice and purchase orders including
visual/physical inspection.
Coordinates with the procurement and logistic for any variance/found exceptions / deviations of received spares / materials.
Coordinate/expedite with procurement about the status and deliveries of requested spare parts and consumables.
In-charge in receiving and control of arrived materials and spares including update & receive in the system (AMOS).
Updates monitoring control sheet for material requisition, materials for repair and service.
Prepare Material Receiving Report for all the receive spares and consumables.
In-charge for the control and issuance of Material/shipment going offshore and Cargo Manifest from offshore to onshore.
In -charge in coordinating with procurement & expediting request spares urgently need by FPSO.
Create new stock code in AMOS for new stock items for order and received as per equipment components.
Prepares Materials Request for all new and additional order of spares/materials through ARIBA including PR & PO in AMOS.
In-charge for the control and issuance of all consumables & operational spares/materials of FPSO.
In-charge for the control and preparation of PIR thru AMOS for all spare parts and consumables
Identified and registered in amos all spare parts and consumables items that has no labels and create proper location
for the said spares. and created amos no.
Registered and checking all descriptions, manufacturer code, maker references, and other additional information
for each spare parts and updated in the system.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES AS MARINE STOREKEEPER IN CRUISE SHIP:
Duties including maintaining an orderly and rational storage system, continual updating of spare parts, materials and consumable stores in the
Planned Maintenance system for both Deck and Engine departments. Issue Purchased requests for both Deck and Engine as instructed by the
Staff Engineer and Staff Captain for the respective departments.
Make inventory for all spare parts in the ship covering Main Engine, Auxiliary Engine, Purifiers, Turbocharger, All kinds of pumps, Bearings,
Electrical spares , Air conditioning spares, Safety Equipment’s, Deck consumables and other supplies that engine and deck department is
concern.
Encode all incoming and outgoing spare parts in AMOS WINDOW, SHIPSHORE PROGRAM.& SAP ERP
Determine the actual needs of requisition and take charge of requisitioning, receiving and issuing of all spare parts.
Check and verified carefully to the manuals and drawings of all requisition that requested by various head of departments especially in Engine,
Deck, Hotel and Medical Department.
Prepare schedule of maintenance for engine machineries based on the running hours and Prepare and make report for various maintenance in
the ship and updating in AMOS PROGRAM ALL SPARE PARTS used for preventive maintenance.
Create requisition of spare part, which are below minimum stock as well as engine parts are urgently needed.
Performs weekly check for oxygen, acetylene, Freon, propane and other gases that needed for requisition.
Performs Monthly Inventory report of Engine Lube Oils, Chemicals, and Gases that needed for requisition and reported to the office.
Mark all spare parts and equipment’s that need to be sent for repair or recondition and overhaul to the company and prepared landing report for
the said request.
Ensures that materials are received in accordance with purchase orders, raises reports for short landed or damaged materials, checks that
sensitive materials are protected according to specific procedures, arranges technical inspection and repair work on returned materials and
ensures mandatory safety codes are complied
