How might you meet these? - Now is the time to think about the ways you could include ICT. Consider - have the children got the necessary skills to use the technology for the purpose you intend? Will they be able to pick up the necessary skills quickly through just in time learning, or will the demands of the technology interfere with meeting your learning intentions?

Make sure you have permission from parents - does the current agreement cover what you want to do? A thought - with the rate at which the net is evolving can school policies keep up?

Don’t do too much or you’ll crash and burn. It’s better to decide to focus on one thing and do it well. Remember: new year, new class - you might need to go back to square one. Sometimes you can use more than one tool at a time e.g. embed mp3 files, video, PowerPoint slides, mouse drawn pictures,etc within your blog. Pay it forward - show others how to do what you do, you might start a trend.
