In order to orchestrate the IT strategy according to the newly devised bricks and clicks
strategy, Media Saturn turned to us to help them extend and enrich the capacities of
their existing e-commerce platform by creating a complex mobile solution comprised of
web and native mobile applications that permitted integration with a complex array of
3rd parties.
We devised a modular mobile solution that allowed an easy integration with 3rd parties
linked to the operational aspects of the e-commerce platform such as: marketing, ESB,
order management and user experience.
Integration with 3rd parties as Google Maps & localization, Facebook SDK, ESB, order
management tools, recommendation systems, fingerprint scanning login and augmented
reality are just some of the 3rd parties that compound the complexity of the mobile
solution.

For the purpose of generating increased responsiveness and more efficient sales, our
client, coming from the home improvement sector, required for an estimation software
that allowed affiliates to perform on-the spot measurement to automate quotation and
the ordering process.
Starting from the business scenario and the data complexity embedded in the sales
process, we cast the foundation of the solution by creating a modular architecture,
based on modern technologies. This way, having an adaptable solution, we were able to
customize it for mobile usage (on tablets and mobile devices), focusing on ensuring a fast
processing of data within a smooth user experience.

As a tech-start-up with an idea to be materialized within the dynamic context of digital
products nowadays, the challenge was to find a complementary team able to
independently evaluate, outline and develop a technical prototype into of a social
learning platform that through its user experience is able to disrupt the industry of social
learning.
After discussing the business idea, selecting the right people for the project, choosing the
mix of technologies that supports the business objective, we have set the team into
place and the project into motion. In order to meet the project's requirements for
innovation, we chose Google’s Material Design as the design framework, blending it with
a modern architecture, developed in an agile approach.

Being a long-standing office product manufacturer in Germany, with a global e-
commerce presence, the client opted for the modernization of its existing custom e-
commerce platform that would enhance marketing efforts and generate more online
sales.
Planned only at the strategic level of marketing, the modernization process consisted of
an incremental approach, with the purpose of conserving consistency across architecture
and overall site performance, and adding features on a modular basis. We created
custom modules that enable: voucher campaigns, bonus points generation dependable
on the shopping cart's value.

In the rapidly-changing landscape of technology, one of the fastest-growing e-learning
Dutch players had the challenge to continuously adapt their IT solution according to the
latest trends in the industry, in order to maintain and support an accelerated growth of
users (from 800.000 to 2.3.000.000).
Providing consistent understanding throughout the entire business logic of the
application and functional knowledge about e-learning platforms, we managed to
manage the platform's web development and prepare it to integrate with third parties
such as Lamark (logistics provider for examinations) and iDeal (online payment provider)
that enable easier signing-up and smoother user experience.
