  • 3. Class 7: Thursday, September 4 AGENDA Review & Go over homework Conversation starters (vocabulary practice) Before listening vocabulary activity Thinking about how to do research at a library Listening: researching an extreme sport at a library After-listening discussion
  • 4. Conversation starters  Form groups of 3-4 people  Choose several interesting conversation starters, and have an academic conversation.  (We will talk more about what academic conversation is and how we can do it as the semester continues.)
