C. Kevin Chilcutt
Greetings and thank you for considering me for this position.
I am a husband and father, looking to support my family while fulfilling my own desire to
work full time in a field serving people. Until an ownership change, I was recently
employed with WZEP AM 1460, a small market radio station, for almost 16 years as the
News Director and I pastor Victory Lighthouse Assembly of God, a newer rural church.
As you can see by the enclosed resume, I have trained heavily in management, both in
a store unit and with the people who work and buy in it. You will also see experience in
food sales and preparation. Recently I was trained as and worked as an Innkeeper for
an upscale Bed & Breakfast. Having had the opportunity to work in construction, as a
PCA (personal care attendant), as a truck driver, and extensive work in ministry this
provides you with a versatile employee who is not only oriented to business but with the
people who are part of your daily environment. My background gives me a good general
knowledge and allows me to tackle a variety of tasks and services.
My skills are focused in operational management including computer knowledge,
marketing, employee relations and customer satisfaction, while also offering you a well
rounded understanding of daily operational needs, having the tools to get the job done.
I can learn and adapt quickly to meet the job’s specific needs and will help you in our
ventures.
Again, thank you and please call me if you need any further information or if I can assist
you in any way.
