The webinar provided an overview of Etelesolv's new Cimpl telecom and IT management platform. Etelesolv had previously offered Telemanager 2.0 but rebranded based on customer feedback to create Cimpl. Cimpl offers a flexible, configurable architecture in a multi-tenant SaaS model. Key features highlighted included real-time mobile device management, inventory management, billing verification, and a focus on an exceptional user experience through HTML5 and mobile-based designs. The presenter demonstrated Cimpl and discussed upcoming new features in future versions.
