IHMS flow starts with Patient Registration where Patient personal details, biometrics
and other demographic details are captured to assign Unique Patient ID and issue a

service and patient referral), calculates service rate to patients based on agreed rates with
payers. Also facilitates the manual entry for special pricing.
Tight integration with accounting module of SAP automatically generates accounting transactions
(Sales Order/ Invoice/ JE ) for every financial transaction during the patient care process. It also provides
the option to generate Provisional Bills or Final AR Invoice. It monitors and provides reports for over
limit balances and create intermediate or daily bills to facilitate the collection of advances.
