Founded a specialized youth treatment program for kids ages 7-21 with a variety of mental
and behavioral challenges. Responsible for directing all aspects of the organization and
managing a workforce of 90 employees. Oversees the health and well-being of 40 clients on an
on-going basis. Manages the organization’s annual $4 million budget and works with the
senior leadership team to implement the strategic vision for the organization.
Provides regular leadership and direction for all aspects of the ongoing daily operation
Develops long-range and strategic planning activities and effectively leads to
accomplish organizational goals
Creates and maintains working relationships with a variety of networks to develop
resources, negotiate and administer contracts, and solicit community support.
Guides the management team and staff to ensure quality treatment, adherence with
regulations, and overall effectiveness of treatment programs
Ensures monthly and yearly performance goals, both financial and operational, are met
by the various treatment programs
Continually builds and maintains relationship with staff which has resulted in minimal
