In the role of Radio Activity Specialist/Tracer Supervisor my duties
included but not limited to, providing completion services as sole RA
Specialist on location during Hydraulic Fracturing operations,
following all Federal Regulations for Safe Transport and Injection of
Iridium, Scandium and Antimony. In addition to RA Injection
services that provide near wellbore data to global oil companies, I
also utilized chemical signatures by client Engineer design per
Hydraulic Fractured zones that provided Data months later during
Flow Back Procedures. This Data informs the global oil companies
exactly what is returning from that targeted/tagged zone or zones in
the earth’s formation.
2013 - 2014 UpNet Technologies Eden Prairie, MN
Consultative Sales for UpNet Technologies; In a Senior Executive
Sales role Mr. Wafer represents UpNet Technologies Securing and
Conducting technical demonstrations of UpNet’s patented Data
Integration Engine, iEDeX. iEDeX provides real-time data
integration capabilities coupled with front-end Graphical User
Interface development to target Key Performance Indicators and
Business rules delivering dynamic enterprise analytics from a custom
dash-board via portal anywhere.

2010 – Present Wafer Group Inc. Spring Park,MN
Consultative Sales for InterNuntius Inc.; Mr. Wafer is an original
1997 signer of Articles of Incorporation at InterNuntius Inc. and is
named on the Board of Directors. While continuing on 2010
contract, Mr. Wafer secured new business and revenue with Green
Tree Financial, Health Partners, Interstate Companies and AMPI.
While also representing the company in Washington DC & Chicago
industry and prospecting meetings. In addition to sourcing new
business Mr. Wafer recruited new talent as Billable Assets in
Project Management and Development Roles at Health Partners,
Interstate Companies and Green Tree Financial.
2009-2010 Ajasa Technologies Golden Valley,MN
While at Ajasa Mr. Wafer-Butler secured Preferred Vendor status with Thomson
Reuters and grew contracting staffing on location from 0-8 professional
consultants as billable assets as well as secured vendor relations and contract
revenue with Wells Fargo Home Mortgage. I also provided Account Management
and Resource Sourcing for the pre-existing Wells Fargo account. Manage the
Federal Reserve Bank account and became the principle resource manager for
Thomson Reuters.
2005-2009 Entegee Engineering Technical Group Minneapolis, MN
IT Account Manager; While at Entegee Engineering Technical Group Mr.
Wafer-Butler secured new business with Supervalu, National Marrow
Donor, British Aerospace and Engineering, Interstate Companies, Wolters
Kluwer, Health Partners, Metropolitan Council and others.
In addition Mr. Wafer-Butler negotiated 4 Portal Solution Contracts with
United Health Care, succeeding where the certified UHC vendors had
failed providing Aqua Logic User Interface Consultants that Mr. Wafer-
Butler Sourced and Recruited himself to win the Portal Solutions work at
United Health Care.
Mr. Wafer-Butler gave Entegee Engineering Technical Group its largest
profitability margins of the company’s sixty-year history.
