February 1944. Their first attack would be the Normandy invasion on June 15th 1944 on Omaha
beach. It is unknown if Joseph participated in the invasion of Normandy but his division was most

Irish, however, they did not always agree on the same topics. In the poem The song of wandering

Spanking is a particular parenting behavior that I feel strongly about. In my particular case, my
parents used spanking as disciplinary action if deprivation of privilege and time out did not serve their
purpose with my brothers and I. In these cases my parents would strike, or spank, our buttocks with an
open palm to serve as a form of punishment. Although my parents did utilize spanking, they exhibited
an authoritative parenting style where they promoted autonomy within reasonable limits (Bigner,

numerous negative effects on children. Also, corporal punishment, such as spanking, is most often

The Tragedy Of World War II By Siegfried Sassoon
throughout History, a major tragedy caused the world to become chaotic, which lead to millions of
brave individuals to lose their life. This horrific tragedy, World War 1 (the Great War), was the
beginning of a long terrible journey. Many strong and mighty men volunteered to join the War with
the persuasion of being Hero s . These men did not realize the terror they would face when walking
into this journey. Many soldiers were faced with seeing their fellow soldiers cold blood drip from their
aching bodies, their loving eyes becoming raged with anger by the conditions of their sleeping
arrangements, and their hopes of ever returning home or being a normal human being was wiped

and ideas. The form of the poem in relation to the rhyme scheme is a simple 4 line which is an abcb
rhyme scheme repeated throughout the poem; Robert Frost does not stray away from the abcb rhyme
scheme once during Love and a Question. The rhetoric in this poem expresses the speaker as a
descriptive individual. The narrator describes the stranger asking for shelter with the eyes more than

face to face with the aurochs. The scene depicts an inconceivably large prehistoric bull snorting in the
