3. Description:

4. Ingredients :
Bechamel sauce:
- 40g of butter or
margarine
- 40 g of flour
- 500 ml of whole or
semi skimmed milk
Filling:
- Salt
- Nutmeg
- A pinch of pepper
- 1 small fresh onion
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Chicken breast
For the coating:
- Flour
- Bread crumbs
- One egg
5. Procedure:
- Step 1:
First, take the chicken , the onion , the butter or the
margarine , breast and chop it with a knife.
6. Procedure:
- Step 2:
Cut the onion and
throw it to the hot oil.
And the same for the
chiken.
Then prepare the
bechamel
7. Procedure:
- Step 3:
Prepare the filling with 2 eggs , break them and beat the
eggs in a bowl, to coat the croquettes.

Make a cylinder and coat the chicken in the eggs. Then put it in
the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
