Maphub und Pelagios: Anwendung von Linked Data in den Digitalen Geisteswissen...
In recent years, scientists at the Austrian Institute of Technology have been involved in numerous projects in the digital humanities area. In this talk, Dr. Bernhard Haslhofer will present two of them, both having a strong focus on applying the Linked Open Data method on datasets produced throughout the project. The first is Maphub (http://maphub.github.io/), an open source Web application which allows users to create annotations on historical maps, link these annotations with other Web sources (e.g., Wikipedia), and share annotations as Linked Open Data following the Open Annotation model. The second is Pelagios (http://pelagios-project.blogspot.co.at/), a community initiative that aims to facilitate better linking between online resources documenting the past, based on the places they refer to. To date, Pelagios interconnects 900.000+ heterogeneous digital objects - literature, archaeology, epigraphy, cartography - from 40+ international partners. The current focus of the project is to annotate Early Geospatial Documents - documents that use written or visual representation to describe geographic space prior to the European discovery of the Americas in 1492, and make the annotations available as (Linked) Open Data.

The improvement of Quality of Life (QoL) concerns every citizen. Fostering and applying research domains in advanced acquisition, modelling and visual analysis tools will support cities’ deciders in taking informed QoL improvement decisions on (partially) uncertain big data. We acknowledge a challenge in the scalability of complexity ranging from an expert’s view to a naive citizen’s understanding of (potentially unpopular) QoL decisions that we will tackle by new approaches to open big data network acquisition, multidimensional and multidisciplinary transformation of data, extraction of decision relevant data and its associated reliability, followed by appropriate visualisation aided by a data-aware digital assistant.

The RCAHMS Review of 2003 reported the impending launch of the ‘Heritage Portal’, a ‘GIS interface’ designed to make available RCAHMS and Historic Scotland datasets. A decade on, the resulting product PastMap is one of many collaborative ventures that make Scottish heritage data available online. Others include direct access to the National Record by heritage professionals from across Scotland, enabling instant sharing and updating of relevant data and provision of information as Web Services. This paper shares the experience of digital partnerships from our perspective as early adopters, focusing particularly on the challenges of moving towards open data.

Open data and crowdsourcing can help improve urban planning by engaging the public. It allows citizens to describe what is in their city, highlight problems, and vote on priorities. Some examples of open data platforms for urban planning include OpenPlans for sharing city plans, Ushaidi for reporting problems, and SeeClickFix for reporting issues to local governments. When cities open their data and use crowdsourcing, it provides free hosting and backups, opportunities for international help on projects, and reusable code that is portable and adaptable to other cities.

Wouldn't it be fantastic to experience the heritage of the past - environments, buildings, historical events and stories in a Virtual Reality environment? Which new VR technologies are currently available to present this, and what is the extra value that VR technologies give to the human experience of the past (images, motion, sound, talk etc.) The cross-over pilot provides an overview of the state-of-the-art of Virtual Reality and 3D modelling. The cross-over shows us a wide range of perspectives and possibilities that can teach us about the exploitability and extra value of these ‘VR-thrills and -experiences’.

Може се слободно рећи да је модерна архивска зграда са савремено осмишљеним смештајним простором и физичко – техничком заштитом докумената представља основни предуслов квалитетне заштите архивске грађе. Тема овог рада је да укаже на значај наменски пројектованог објекта архивске зграде, покаже уз помоћ којих стандарда се испуњавају услови потребни за функционалност архивске зграде, као и колико и у којој мери су ови стандарди искоришћени у изградњи нове зграде Историјског архива Града Новог Сада. У нашој архивистици и правној регулативи, на жалост, овом питању се не даје потребна пажња, што је један од разлога зашто се по питању заштите налазимо далеко иза земаља са развијеном архивистичком теоријом.
Др Јасмина Живковић, Јавни извршитељи у систему заштите архивске грађе
Извршење и обезбеђење у правним пословима није новина у вршењу јавних овлашћења. Последњих година, међутим, нормативно су прецизирана овлашћења, делокруг рада, надлежности, права и обавезе јавних извршитеља као носилаца одређених поверених има јавних послова. Из тог разлога, у домену третмана архивске грађе и документарног материјала, јавни извршитељи као ствараоци заслужују пажњу.
Стога смо за предмет нашег рада одабрали мало обрађивану тему, али зато не мање значајнију у архивској теорији и пракси. Анализирали смо статус документације која настаје радом јавних извршитеља, промишљајући о истом са свих аспеката (нормативног, оперативног и историјског). Покушали смо да проценимо значај ових стваралаца као и вредност архивске грађе која настаје њиховим радом. Из тога произлази и одговор на питање о постојању потребе (или не), приоритета (или не), у систему заштите, по много чему специфичне, архивске грађе и документарног материјала из области јавног извршења и обезбеђења.

Пандемија вируса Ковид-19 је још увек у пуној снази, те је јако тешко говорити о њеном утицају и последицама на област културе, у тренутку када још увек делује, без јасних назнака колико ће дуго у будућности бити присутна. Оно што је већ сада јасно, је то, да је пандемија отежала рад свих привредних субјеката, па и установа из области културе. Налазећи се стално између потреба корисника за адекватним и благовременим информацијама, с једне стране, рада на терену, с друге стране, Историјски архив Крушевац настоји да повезује прошлост, садашњост и будућност кроз константан рад и у овако отежаним условима. Рад се бави функционисањем архивске службе у протеклој години, и прилагођавањем наметнутим оквирима рада и потреби успостављања нових праваца у архивском пословању. У будућем периоду пословања, потребно је уложити доста напора да се архивска делатност подигне на виши ниво, кроз већу употребу дигиталних докумената и централизацију база података. Делујући одговорно и свестрано, упркос пандемији Ковид-19, с обзиром на важност документације која се преузима последњих година, улажу се напори да Архив Крушевац остане препознатљив у Расинском округу по ефикасности пружања услуга, али и по својој основној делатности – заштити архивске грађе на терену и њеном трајном чувању у оквиру Установе.
10. Стојанка Бојовић, Правосудни органи у Нишу непосредно и након Другог свет...
Након изношења кратког историјата правосудних органа у Нишу, радом ће бити обухваћени подаци о степену превентивне заштите архивске грађе и документарног материјала правосудних органа у Нишу, који тренутно није на завидном нивоу, и поред дугогодишњег искуства у погледу стручнних, техничких, организационих и других напора радника надлежне службе Историјског архива Ниш, да превентивно заштитите архивску грађу и документарни материјал код њих.
Уједно ће у раду бити приказана шароликост смештајних услова у којима судови раде, као и просторије за смештај документације. Како би рад био целовитији потребно је дати приказ стања архивске грађе која је преузета од правосудних органа и која се брижно чува у депоима Историјског архива Ниш.
Siniša Domazet, Arhiv Bosne i Hercegovine – osnutak i postojanje
Arhiv Bosne i Hercegovine je kroz priču o svom osnutku, razvoju i problemima koji su na tom putu iskrsavali vjerno zrcalio složenu zemljopisnu, političku i ekonomsku problematiku prostora u kom je nastao. Sama činjenica da je riječ o relativno mladoj instituciji, slikovito govori koliko je napora bilo potrebno uložiti da Arhiv zaživi - što zvuči apsurdno, jer je riječ o čuvaru kolektivnog sjećanja i identiteta naroda sa tih prostora.
U ovom radu dat je kratak pregled prelomnih etapa kroz koje je Arhiv prošao i njegovo trenutno stanje. Premda je u današnje vrijeme aktualna priča o digitalizaciji i okretanju prema online funkcioniranju, Arhivi i dalje muku muče sa vlagom u depoima, manjkom stručnog kadra i financijama. Teško je naći izuzetak, makar u bližem okružju, pa će u neki segmenti ovog teksta imati univerzalni karakter.
To samo potvrđuje koliko su zaposleni u ovoj struci upućeni jedni na druge.

Приликом избора конзерваторске и рестаураторске технике коју ће да примени, конзерватор/рестауратор се руководи материјалима од којих је архивска грађа сачињена, затим значајем који грађа има, стањем у ком се налази, врстама оштећења, али и чињеницама да ли је грађа микрофилмована/дигитализована или не, какви су услови чувања грађе, да ли ће се грађа после конзервације издавати или не и друго.На први поглед је јасно да избор није једноставан и да не може постојати једноставна формула по којој би се избор обавио. Током избара конзерватор/рестауратор се води својим знањем, искуством и етичким нормама које га усмеравају и омогућавају му да су сваком тренутку донесе најбољу могућу одлуку за архивску грађу. Поред односа према архивској грађи и њеној конзервацији и рестаурацији, етички кодекс конзерватора регулише и однос према власнику архивске грађе, премаколегама конзерваторима иколегама других профила. Међународни етички кодекси који конзерваторима пружају смернице ураду,јесу етички кодекс Међународног савета музеја (ICOM), затим етички кодекс Европске конфедерације конзервторско-рестаураторских организација (ECCO) и етички кодекс Америчког института за конзервацију (AIC). Поред међународних, у Србији постоји и етички кодекс Друштва конзерватора Србије, који обавезује конзерваторе и рестаураторе у Србији на поштовање етичких начела.У овом раду биће представљени међународни и национални етички кодекси из области конзервације, њихива примена у Србији, поређење са другим државама, као и заступљеност етике у образовању конзерватора и рестауратора.

Zakonom o arhivskoj građi Federacije Bosne i Hercegovine („Službene novine Federacije“. br. 45/02), definisana je nadležnost Arhiv Federacije, tako da građa nastala u radu Parlamenta Federacije Bosne i Hercegovine, Predsjednika Federacije Bosne i Hercegovine, Potpredsjednika Federacije Bosne i Hercegovine, Vlade Federacije Bosne i Hercegovine, federalnih organa uprave i federalnih ustanova, kao i drugih federalnih institucija, te udruženja građana i drugih pravnih i fizičkih lica koja su organizovana na nivou Federacije, je u djelokrugu rada Arhiva Federacije. Kako Zeničko-dobojski, Posavski i Kanton 10, nemaju svoje Kantonalne arhive, isti su u nadležnosti Arhiva Federacije. Arhiv Federacije, iako je počeo sa radom tek 1997., godine posjeduje 31 fond, 4 zbirke, periodiku sa 32 različite vrste časopisa/novina u kojih je svrstano 24.548 primjeraka novina/časopisa i 752 knjige ukoričenih novina/časopisa iz perioda 1943 -2019. godine, te 8 digitalizovanih glasila iz perioda 1884-2010.godine kao i bibliotečki fond sa cca 2000 bibliotečkih jedinica. Od fondova iz oblasti Uprave i Javne službe Arhiv Federacije posjeduje šesnaest fondova, iz oblasti Nevladine organizacije pet fondova i iz oblasti Privreda i bankarstvo deset fondova. U radu se govori o fondovima koje posjeduje Arhiv Federacije sa akcentom na fondove iz oblasti javne uprave i javne službe, važnosti saradnje između arhiva i organa uprave u cilju zaštite i korištenja arhivske građe, te o iskustvu na sređivanju fondova iz ove grupe.

Војни архив Министарства одбране Републике Србије започео је с процесом дигитализације своје архивске грађе 2006. године након несебичне подршке коју је Војни архив добио од Краљевине Норвешке у виду донације опреме за дигитализацију и у сарадњи с Институтом Џеферсон, формирањем дигиталне читаонице и израдом и имплементацијом првог софтвера за дигитализацију ADA (Archive Digitization Aplication) за управљање процесом скенирања, уноса метаподатака и похрањивања дигитализоване архивске грађе на сервер. Овим су створени трајни услови за континуиран процес дигитализације, не само архивске грађе похрањене у Војном архиву, већ и за потребе читавог система Министарства одбране и Војске Србије, уз комплетну техничку опрему и стручно особље Војног архива.
Од децембра 2016. године, Војни архив је заменио дотадашњи софтвер ADA новим софтвером ИДА 2.0 (Информациони систем дигиталног архива), који је израдила компанија Tehniss Systems из Београда, чиме се убрзао и олакшао рад на дигитализацији архивске грађе. Пројектовањем ИДА 2.0 није се променила основна намена претходног информационог система ADA, већ је ИДА 2.0 отклонила недостатке који су настали током експлоатације претходног система и унапредила, убрзала и олакшала рад на дигитализацији архивске грађе као једног од начина спречавања даљег пропадања културно-историјских докумената од значаја, како за Републику Србију, тако и за регион и читав свет.
Овим радом приказаћемо читав производни процес употребом новог софтверског решења ИДА 2.0, од тренутка доношења оригиналне папирне архивске грађе у Одељење за дигитализацију, њено додељивање у рад оператеру, смештање дигиталних копија као готовог производа у дигитални депо на серверу Војног архива, уноса метаподатака (аналитички инвентар – кратак садржај докумената), могућност дораде и исправки претходно дигитализоване архивске грађе, њено коришћење у дигиталној читаоници, издавање докумената за потребе истраживача, могућности израде сумарних и аналитичких инвентара фондова Војног архива, прегледа до сада дигитализованих фондова и могућностима формирања нових дигиталних фондова са свим својим карактеристикама и структуром, које тек треба дигитализовати.

Rad se uvodno osvrće na nastanak razglednica i njihove početke kao dopisnih karata bez slike (dopisnice), a zatim tijekom povijesti i sa slikom, crtežom, reklamom, kada nastaju razglednice u današnjem smislu riječi. Analizira njihovu ulogu, značaj i mogućnosti korištenja kao arhivskog gradiva nakon obrade i analitičkog sređivanja. Ne zanemaruje vezu s deltiologijom/kartofilijom, filatelijom, lingvistikom, grafologijom, tiskarstvom itd. Tijekom analitičkog sređivanja vrši analizu sadržaja ne samo slike, crteža ili reklame nego i pisanog dijela koji obuhvaća informacije vezane uz tiskare, poštanske urede, poštanske marke, osobe kojima se i o kojima se piše. Promatra jezik i pismo razglednice kao važan izvor informacija o raznim događajima, osobama, mjestima i vremenu življenja. Daje primjere arhivističke obrade razglednica iz analitičkih inventara zbirki razglednica kojih Državni arhiva u Osijeku ima oko 10 000 komada.

Рад ће се бавити практичним искуствима стеченим у раду на уносу у Архис различитих фондова: Министарство просвете, Црквено одељење (1839–1914), Породични фонд Марија Илић Агапова и Максим Агапов (1890–1994) и Књажеска канцеларија (1815–1839).
Приликом рада у Архису јављају се два проблема: недовољно познавање информационих технологија и можда још већи проблем недовољно познавање архивистике. У програму, који је врло интуитиван, брзо ћете научити где се уносе који подаци, а да се ти подаци претходно припреме и систематизују потребно је мало више времена.
Послове на уносу у Архис започела сам за потребе тестирања подсистема Сређивање и обрада, уносом административног фонда који има разгранату структуру. Већ на самом почетку дошло је до размимоилажења између основних начела дигитализације и наше архивистичке праксе, могућности и на крају стварности.
Наиме, програмом је предвиђена израда описа и дигитализацију на нивоу предмета, што се у пракси у скорије време неће бити масовно, јер се већина архива бави сумарним описима предмета у кутији. Издвајају се и наводе само важни предмети, али и они у досадашњој пракси нису имали све елементе аналитичког описа. За фондове или годишта за која недостају књиге раде се пописи предмета, такође без свих елемената аналитичког описа. На крају, лично не сматрам, да има неважних предмета, али не мислим да сваки предмет који се налази у архиву захтева аналитичку обраду.
Такође у досадашњој пракси нису одређиване сигнатуре за књиге, већ спољашњи описи, односно етикете, што се приликом уноса у Архис, показало јако непрактично, па су одмах урађене измене о којима се треба и даље договарати.
Посебну пажњу обратила бих на израду регистара, који ће бити од великог значаја приликом претраге, како у самом Архису, тако и на сајтовима архива и Претраживачу културног наслеђа Републике Србије.

Архис је пројектован са задатком да се на територији Републике Србије обезбеди једнообразно и стручно вођење документације о културним добрима, утврде број и категорије културних добара, да се омогући заштита и доступност података о богатом културном наслеђу најширој јавности, како у Републици Србији, тако и корисницима у иностранству.
Запосленима у архивима у Србији омогућен је аутоматски извоз прописаних и стандардизованих образаца: О-1 (Општи инвентар), О-2 (Улазни инвентар), О-3 (Сумарни инвентар), О-4 (Инвентар микрофилмотеке), О-5 (Досије фонда), Р-1 (Регистар архивске грађе), Р-1ц (Централни регистар архивске грађе) и низа евиденција о архивској грађи и коришћењу архивске грађе на основу унетих података.
Корисници архивске грађе имају могућност да из читаонице једног архива приступе бази података о архивској грађи свих архива, односно да на једноставан и брз начин дођу до информације у којим се архивима налази архивска грађа која им је неопходна за истраживање.

Пандемија корона вируса поставила је велике изазове пред целим човечанством. У овом тренутку је једино извесно да се не види њен крај, нити је сигурно да се неће опет поновити у неком незнатно измењеном облику. Управо због тога је од изузетног значаја да се створе и пажљиво уређују архивски фондови посвећени како медицинским аспектима ове болести тако и њеним посредним и директним утицајима на друштво у целини.
COVID-19 је извесно створио читаву ерупцију у информационом смислу. Обиље махом дигиталних записа на ту тему представља изазов за архивисте широм света. Чак и ако се узме у обзир да је велики део тога пресликана информација из примарних извора те се тако може и одбацити, ипак остаје једна велика количина записа који се морају чувати како би истраживачи из свих научних области које се баве овим феноменом могли да дођу до суштинских одговора на своја питања. Било да је то изучавање медицинских аспеката, утицаја на економију, друштвене односе или законодавство, ваљаност записа и њихова логичка повезаност је од изузетног значаја. Директна последица је да је важно додатно уложити у развој дигиталних архива и у техничком смислу али и још више у смислу људских ресурса.
Рад описује различита решења и искуства до којих су дошле у изузетно кратком року неке од водећих архивских институција у свету. Поред тога рад се бави и разматрањем потребе за променом позиције архива у ланцу прикупљања и селекције записа односно њиховим активнијим учешћем у формирању фондова.

Генерална скупштина ОУН прогласила је 18. децембра 1972. резолуцијом 3010 (XXVII) 1975. годину за међународну годину жена. У Мексико Ситију одржана је од 19. јуна до 2. јула 1975. године 1. светска конференција Међународне године жена (МГЖ), на којој је донесена Декларација о равноправности жена и њиховог доприноса развоју и миру (Declaration of Mexico on the Equality of Women and their Contribution to Development and Peace). Усвојен је Светски акициони план (World Plan of Action for the Implementation of the Objectives of the International Womenʼs Year) и проглашена Декада ОУН за жене: равноправност, развој и мир (1976–1985). У том периоду одржане су међународне конференције жена у Копенхагену (1980) и Најробију (1985).
У СФРЈ образован је Југословенски одбор за МГЖ са Видом Томшич на челу, који је припремио Предлог мера за унапређење друштвеног положаја жена у земљи и за даље доприношење међународној активности у ОУН и у покрету несврстаних земаља. Међуресорска радна група за Декаду ОУН за жене формирана је 1. септембра 1977. године са задатком да координира и усмерава рад савезних органа управе и савезних организација на реализацији одлука МГЖ – ОУН 1975. За председника именована је Зора Томич, чланица Већа СИВ и председница Савезног комитета за здравство и социјалну заштиту. После реорганизације савезне управе, маја 1978. године дошло је до спајања Савезног комитета за здравство и социјалну заштиту и Савезног комитета за рад и запошљавање, то јест, формирања Савезног комитета за рад, здравство и социјалну заштиту. Међуресорска група наставила је рад при овом Комитету, а за председницу је именована Мила Ђорђић, заменица председника Савезног комитета за рад, здравство и социјалну заштиту.
Међуресорска радна група образована је од представника савезних органа и савезних организација и представника социјалистичких република и аутономних покрајина са задатком да координира активности на остваривању циљева Декаде ОУН за жене, али и да организира припреме за учешће Југославије на скуповима у систему ОУН и Покрета несврстаности, који се односе на питања унапређивања положаја и улоге жена – 1979. одржана је у Багдаду посебна Конференција неразвијених земаља (НЗ) и земаља у развоју (ЗУР) о „Улози жена у развоју“, 1981. године у Хавани састанак врхунских стручњака НЗ и ЗУР у области „Жена и развој“.

Рад има за циљ да прикаже фондове и збирке у Архиву Суботице који се односе на тему руске емиграције у међуратном периоду и који су коришћени при истраживању као изворна архивска грађа. Пажња је посвећена структури и стању ових фондова, садржају докумената те анализи самога догађаја. За опис су изабрани фондови који су највише коришћени при истраживању и они са најмасовнијим подацима мада се подаци о теми могу пронаћи у више других фондова.
Текст рада указује на богате и разноврсне архивске документе чијим истраживањем су искрсле нове чињенице дотада непознате о поменутој теми. Акценат је стављен на приказ самога догађаја и живота руских емиграната у Суботици у времену од 1919-1941. године, који су оставили видљив траг у друштвеном и културном животу, као и дали допринос у погледу економског развоја радећи као инжењери, лекари, геометри, трговци, учитељи и професори. Значајно је истаћи да су документи публиковани у више стручних радова.
Невена Карабашевић, Породични и лични архивски фондови у Историјском архиву Ниш
Човек током свог живота прикупи известан број докумената који сведоче о његовом раду, склоностима, плановима и материјалним приликама у којима је живео. У зависности од значаја творца личног или породиног фонда, његове улоге у културном и политичком животу одређеног временског раздобља, грађа може да има пре свега практичан значај, ако се њом доказује неко право, а затим и општи научно-историјски значај. .
Историјски архив Ниш у својим депоима чува укупно 13 личних и 2 породична фонда. Фондови су прибављени поклоном или откупом од самих стваралаца архивске грађе или њихових наследника. Архивска грађа ових фондова обухвата период од 1882-2003. године. Укупна количина личних и породичних фондоваа износи 16,13 дижних метара.
Грађа (списи и књиге), углавном садржи следећу врсту докуменације: личну и породичну документацију, пословну преписку, уговоре и другу преписку са трговцима и фабрикантима из земље и иностранства, трговачке књиге, као и предмете-пехаре и друге експонате добијене као награду са разних путовања, библиографију новинских чланака, монографије и др.
Фондови су у Историјском архиву углавном делимично сређени. Неки су сређени по принципу слободне провенијенције. За све породичне и личне фондове су урађени сумарни инвентари.
Објављени су следећи лични фондови: Јоксимовић Милан (1877-1944), инжењер грађевинарства, Драгољуб Ж. Мирчетић (1922-2004),потпуковник, Стојадин Томић (1912-?), управник поште и лични фонд Сава Костић (1883-1955), писар и трговац.

Arhivski fond Kotarski sud u Cavtatu vodi se u Pregledu arhivskih fondova i zbirki Republike Hrvatske pod signaturom HR-DADU 158, a čuva se u Državnom arhivu u Dubrovniku u palači Sponza. Ostavinski spisi čine jednu seriju spisa arhivskoga fonda Kotarskoga suda u Cavtatu. Ovu cjelinu arhivskoga gradiva čine arhivske knjige – protokoli ostavinskih rasprava oznake A (za vremenski raspon od 1898. do 1933. godine) i protokoli ostavinskih rasprava oznake O (za vremenski raspon od 1933. do 1947. godine). Za ranije razdoblje (1860-1897) protokoli nisu sačuvani. Arhivski spisi pohranjeni su u arhivskim kutijama. Serija ostavinskih spisa Kotarskog suda Cavtat od 1898. do 1947. sređena je u ukupno 147 arhivskih kutija, gdje su spisi složeni po svojem tekućem broju, i to iz vremena austrijske uprave od 1898. do 1918. godine u 77 arhivskih kutija – 3323 ostavinska spisa, a iz razdoblja Kraljevine SHS tj. Jugoslavije i ratnog i poratnog razdoblja od 1919. do 1947. u 70 arhivskih kutija – 2688 ostavinskih spisa, što ukupno čini 6011 ostavinskih spisa. Ključni spis svake ostavine je smrtovnica, koja nam daje podatke o pokojnikovu zanimanju, godinama starosti, vjerskoj pripadnosti, bračnom stanju, mjestu prebivališta, danu i mjestu smrti. Najzanimljiviji su dijelovi ostavine zapisnici s ostavinskih rasprava i prilozi. Priloge u pravilu čine oporučna izjava umrloga, najčešće kao usmeni izraz posljednje volje uz nazočnost svjedoka, popisi nepokretne i pokretne imovine umrloga, različiti bankovni računi i troškovnici, izjave o dugovanjima ili zadužnice, potvrde o isplaćenim kamatama i glavnicama, prijepisi javnobilježničkih ugovora o zajmovima i hipotekama itd. Ovdje ćemo dati nekoliko primjera ostavinskih spisa i to nakon smrti intelektualca, veleposjednika, brodovlasnika, trgovca te umrlih ili poginulih pomoraca i iseljenika u Americi. Ukazati ćemo na značaj ostavinskih spisa kao prvorazrednog izvora za istraživanje povijesti svakodnevice jednoga kraja, u našem slučaju Konavala, iz kojih možemo iščitati splet gospodarskih, društvenih i socioloških odnosa, odnosa unutar obitelji i obitelji prema van, počevši od zajednice u kojoj živi, najbližega rodbinskog ili seoskog okruženja, pa šire, sve do onog iseljenog člana.

Фотографија као архивски документ пружа драгоцене податке о људима, местима, објектима и догађајима. У расветљавању неког догађаја може бити помоћни историјски извор, а понекад и основни и главни извор података. У појединим случајевима, сагладевајући фотографске снимке могуће је реконструисати ток комплетног историјског догађаја уз помоћ архивске грађе - писаних докумената.
Историјски архив „31. јануар“ у Врању поседује богату Збирку фотографија која садржи више од 2000 фотографија о људима, местима, објектима и догађајима са простора југа Србије и обухвата период од 1879. до 1999. године.
Осим у Збирци фотографија, врањски Архив поседује фотографски материјал који се налази у Збирци докумената Добривоја Јовановића, која поред копије докумената из других установа заштите архивске грађе, садржи и фотографске снимке настале у Другом светском рату и обилује фотографијама припадника партизанског покрета.
Поред ове две збирке, фотографије чине саставни део фондова: Акционарског друштва „Слободна реч“ у Врању, Подружнице Удружења носилаца албанске споменице 1915-1916. у Врању и Сурдуличког културног центра у Сурдулици.
Акционарско друштво „Слободна реч“ у оквиру архивске грађе поседује обиље фотографског материјала који је настао током рада ове регистратуре. Фотографије штампаног медија „Слободна реч“ које су сачуване и предате Историјском архиву у Врању обухватају период од 70-их година 20. века до 2004. године и представљају драгоцени историјски извор за сва политичка, привредна, културна, спортска и друга дешавања у Врању и околним местима.
Овај рад је посвећен фотографији као сведоку историјских збивања.

Prediction of Electrical Energy Efficiency Using Information on Consumer's Ac...
Energy efficiency has been important since the latter part of the last century. The main object of this survey is to determine the energy efficiency knowledge among consumers. Two separate districts in Bangladesh are selected to conduct the survey on households and showrooms about the energy and seller also. The survey uses the data to find some regression equations from which it is easy to predict energy efficiency knowledge. The data is analyzed and calculated based on five important criteria. The initial target was to find some factors that help predict a person's energy efficiency knowledge. From the survey, it is found that the energy efficiency awareness among the people of our country is very low. Relationships between household energy use behaviors are estimated using a unique dataset of about 40 households and 20 showrooms in Bangladesh's Chapainawabganj and Bagerhat districts. Knowledge of energy consumption and energy efficiency technology options is found to be associated with household use of energy conservation practices. Household characteristics also influence household energy use behavior. Younger household cohorts are more likely to adopt energy-efficient technologies and energy conservation practices and place primary importance on energy saving for environmental reasons. Education also influences attitudes toward energy conservation in Bangladesh. Low-education households indicate they primarily save electricity for the environment while high-education households indicate they are motivated by environmental concerns.

This is an android application developed in Java and XML with the connectivity of
SQLite database. This application will provide most of basic functionality required for an

This application allowed the user to get all the information regarding blood banks and
blood donors such as Name, Number, Address, Blood Group, rather than searching it on
