SCOPEOFTHEPROJECT It should be able to be accessed only Administrator and Cashiers To keep restrictions for each End User level HMS can create different Login functions Administrator and Cashiers must be able to login to their accounts by directly accessing the system and then can signing in with their username and password anytime in hotel premises Administrator can access to all system functionalities without any restrictions and Cashier can only access to the Reservation management section and Payroll section

- 16. NON-FUNCTIONALREQUIREMENT Flexibility The system must support commonly usable browsers. Security The authenticate users should have a privilege to access the database. Scalability The system must upgrade when some updates will be available. Efficiency The system gives appropriate output based the list of inputs. Availability The system must operate 99% at working time. Speed The system must have quick response time.
- 17. CONCLUSION ● We developed is the HMS for the Chef Guru Hotel. The System gives solutions for most of the problems that we have identified in the hotel currently. All most all the tasks were handled manually by the management and the employees work at the hotel. The System that we are going to introduce will address those problems accordingly The ability to search about specific information or detail before and after doing a hotel reservation or to hotel’s room in easy way with customizing guest detail and checking the validity of details are some purpose to build system which makes requirements possible with easy and fast way. HMS is built to find suitable solution for reservation and customization of rooms, guests, payments, administration and services.

- Aim - Design the HRM system for Chef Guru Hotel. Our main objectives This system will provide a user-friendly environment to maintain the hotel system through online. In Chef Guru Hotel does not have the enough space, so it will reduce the space while keeping the manual file cabinets through online. This system will provide the updateable information of hotel to the users. Improve a great user service through involving the users in this system. Reduce the workload of employee. Reduce overall cost by comparing the manual system. Quick response transaction. Provide better efficient service to the user.
- Although, design concepts, outputs and other components of the Project can be used for different purpose, the implementation of this project is on Online reservation and hotel Management System. The scope of the project mainly deals with providing Hotel Inventory Management System, cancel reservation, Update reservation Information, add employee terminate employee and update employee and etc.
- A Functional Requirement is a document that describes the essential technical requirements of a system or feature, including the procedures by which it can be determined that requirements have been met. Following table describe the functional requirements of HMS.
