  • 3. What are Bots ? A program that interprets and responds to statements made by users in conversational/ natural language. Also called Conversational Agents. They can be limited rule- based bots (or) more advanced Machine learning chat bots using AI. They are typically “users” in chat applications/ dialog systems interacting with the Human counterparts.
