Well Service Rig Pusher/Supervisor
 Responsible for ensuring rig crews were at the rig on time and able
to perform the task.
 Turning in daily tickets and getting them signed when the rig
completes a well.
 Insuring rig operators could perform the task, work safely and
manage rig crew.
 Responsible for ensuring all tubing and rod string designs were ran
according to the procedure.
 Working with the company rep to ensure the projects go as planned.

 Responsible for conducting monthly rig inspections and quarterly
yard Audits for five yards, 3 Well Service Yards, 1 fluids yard, and 1
Fishing and Rental Yard.
 Responsible for facilitating monthly safety meetings, annual training
and retraining.
 New hire orientation at the yard when needed.
 Ensuring injured employees are taken to the Dr. and receive a full
