held positions in all aspects of work. I have a wide knowledge and
experience in areas such as driller, safety consultant, fisherman,
pump hand, tool hand and others. I have completed a large number
of industry courses such as OSHA 30 construction and general
industry, safeland, Hazwhopper, Hazcom, H2S, CPR and overseas
required courses as well. My ability to work with people of all
different backgrounds is one of my strongest assets as well as my

2. June 2008 to Present/Independent Contractor/Accurate Safety

-Safety Consultant in the Barnett Shale, Texas and Marcellus Shale
Project, West Virginia
• Conduct safety inspections and investigate violations to ensure safety
procedures are being followed and advise company representatives and
contractors accordingly

-Driller in Saudi Arabia
• I was responsible for drilling on overseas wells
• I had to use my knowledge of down hole to correctly drill while
watching for signs of kicks, pressure spikes and other problems as well
as mud gain and loss
• I was responsible for maintaining the floor and the safety of all
personnel on the floor
• I was in charge of reporting and maintaining drilling operations to the
company men and tool pushers.
• I was in charge of checking and maintaining kill sheets and pipe tally
correctly
• I was in charge of BHA checks so that correct set up was done on it
prior to going in the hole to prevent any problems once down hole
