company & contract management of all KPA, MPM & OPM’S for the NZ Transport Authority on Northland
Roading Contract managing 750km of Northland’s State Highways.

 Design Specific project HSE & QAQC, Project & ZERO HARM systems to flow across all areas of the

manager’s & HSE Advisor to all subcontractors.
 This contract was managed through a professional alliance partnership a three way cooperative
