critical value of 1.645 at 0.05 percent level of significance with

48 degrees of the freedom. It was interpreted as not significant

therefore, the hypothesis is accepted.

Conclusions

Based on the findings of the study, the following conclusions

are drawn:

  2. The researchers conclude that the two groups of

respondents have the same perception of what they

observed with their tour guides when it comes to the

    above mentioned variables.

  3. The researchers then conclude that the tourists do not

mind the attitude of the Filipino Tour Guides as being

    Tactful.

Recommendation

Based on the findings and conclusions presented, the

following recommendations are suggested:

  1. The researchers recommend that the Filipino Tour Guides

should improve their personality especially with their

    grooming, personal hygiene, professional appearance,

and flexibility so that the tourists will be convinced

to patronize their product or will recommend them to

their friends and will conduct a tour with the Filipino

    Tour Guides of Intramuros, Manila.

  2. The researchers recommend that the Filipino Tour Guides

have enough skills and knowledge for them to do well in

their assigned jobs and duties. The tour Guide also use

of highfalutin words often times, they need to improve

this Technical Skill for them to attract or encourage

  tourists to listen.

3. The researchers recommend that the Filipino Tour Guides

should lessen their tactfulness so that the tourists

will come again. And instead of being tactful, the

researchers recommends to the Filipino Tour Guide to

  improve their politeness.
