SUMMATIVE EVALUATION?
•Summative Evaluation is the design of
evaluation that is studying the collection of
data to notify instructional materials with
being able to nifty learners.

components of instructional strategy that
inquires to see if some of the materials
shows some evidence of learning.

Able to analyze the congruence that the
organization having the needs and goals to address
the instruction. The organization also manage
leaner’s skills and require implementing
instruction.

• Programs and materials that are being used and
being tested for any type of environment. The
field trial is making sure that the materials are
being used right and target learner’s knowledge.

• As a change agent it’s right to know that evaluating instructional
strategy that the organization being stable or unstable. It’s right to
use all the materials and making sure that you should know what
kind of outcomes any programs are progressing. I will make sure
that the learner’s or instructors will be able to use all information
using summative evaluation.

  • 4. SUMMATIVE EVALUATION? •Summative Evaluation is the design of evaluation that is studying the collection of data to notify instructional materials with being able to nifty learners.
  • 5. PURPOSE OF SUMMATIVE EVALUATION •Summative Evaluation is being used to instruct and judge the organization problem.
  • 7. TWO MAIN PHASES OF SUMMATIVE EVALUATION FIELD TRIAL PHASE EXPERT JUDGEMENT PHASE
  • 8. EXPERT JUDGEMENT PHASE OF SUMMATIVE EVALUATION • Five areas of activities: 1. Design Analysis 2. Content Analysis 3. Current User Analysis 4. Utility and Feasibility Analysis 5. Congruence Analysis
  • 9. EXPERT JUDGEMENT PHASE OF SUMMATIVE EVALUATION •Design Analysis: being able to evaluate the components of instructional strategy that inquires to see if some of the materials shows some evidence of learning.
  • 10. EXPERT JUDGEMENT PHASE OF SUMMATIVE EVALUATION • Content Analysis: Identify the materials for completeness and accuracy to figure out the organization goals.
  • 11. EXPERT JUDGEMENT PHASE OF SUMMATIVE EVALUATION •Current User Analysis: able to receive some information on the material that’s coming from the organization.
  • 13. EXPERT JUDGEMENT PHASE OF SUMMATIVE EVALUATION •Utility and Feasibility Analysis: Learner should analyze the instructor manual into ideal situation for any activity.
  • 14. EXPERT JUDGEMENT PHASE OF SUMMATIVE EVALUATION • Congruence Analysis: Able to analyze the congruence that the organization having the needs and goals to address the instruction. The organization also manage leaner’s skills and require implementing instruction.
  • 15. FIELD TRIAL PHASE OF SUMMATIVE EVALUATION • Programs and materials that are being used and being tested for any type of environment. The field trial is making sure that the materials are being used right and target learner’s knowledge.
  • 16. FIELD TRIAL PHASE OF SUMMATIVE EVALUATION • Outcomes Analysis: How jobs are being affected How learners can be distracted How organization can be impact
  • 17. FIELD TRIAL PHASE OF SUMMATIVE EVALUATION • Management Analysis: Can the instructor attitude be directed and instructed? Can the cost be related t equipment, time, and resources? Can implementations be practical?
  • 18. COMPARE OF FORMATIVE AND SUMMATIVE EVALUTION • Summative Evaluation: Formative Evaluation: Find the weakness in the instructor. Find out the strength and Weakness. Field Trial and Small Group Field Trial and Expert Judgement Design in-house and finding out the Producing in-house organization needs. Only a set of materials. Having one set of materials or several sets
  • 19. Summary • As a change agent it’s right to know that evaluating instructional strategy that the organization being stable or unstable. It’s right to use all the materials and making sure that you should know what kind of outcomes any programs are progressing. I will make sure that the learner’s or instructors will be able to use all information using summative evaluation.
