• In the Navigation Pane, click the table on which
you want to base the report
• Click the CREATE tab, click the Report button in
the Reports group. Access creates a report that
includes all the fields from the record source
• Save the report
• Naming reports

– Choose meaningful name

chart and the fields to be used
