• The NASSCOM (National Association of Software and
Services Companies) survey of 2011 first brought the
situation to light, claiming that over 75 per cent of
technical graduates are not ready for jobs.
• An IRIX (Industry Readiness Index) survey conducted
in 2012 by Purple Leap, an organisation that trains
students to be job-ready, revealed that one third of
graduates from the Tier 2, 3 and 4 engineering
colleges are not employable

About Our Founder
Sudhir Chand Jain, Founder-Director
• It is his vision to create a more valuable pool of resources that
has initiated our Centre of Practical (hands-on) Engineering
Training.
• An experience of over 40 years in the core sector of Coal
Mining, he has enough and more to share with the new
batches of engineers.
• He is an Electrical Engineer from SATI, Vidisha, 1971 batch.
• He has worked with the Maharatna Coal India Limited for 30+
years in various leadership capacities, the last one being Chief
Engineer (General Manager) at NCL,
• Worked with Reliance Power and spearheaded Heavy
Machinery selection for their Sasan Mines
• Visited Russia on two occasions and USA on one occasion as
part of his job assignments
ADDITIONAL SKILLS
Following skill trainings are OPTIONAL part of our training program, at
a subsidized fee for our regular candidates only:
1. CNC Machines - Numerical control (NC) is the automation of
machine tools that are operated by abstractly programmed
commands encoded on a storage medium, as opposed to
controlled manually via handwheels or levers, or mechanically
automated via cams alone. Most NC today is computer numerical
control (CNC), in which computers play an integral part of the
control.
2. Auto CAD – 1st Levels

About Our Founder Sudhir Chand Jain, Founder-Director • It is his vision to create a more valuable pool of resources that has initiated our Centre of Practical (hands-on) Engineering Training. • An experience of over 40 years in the core sector of Coal Mining, he has enough and more to share with the new batches of engineers. • He is an Electrical Engineer from SATI, Vidisha, 1971 batch. • He has worked with the Maharatna Coal India Limited for 30+ years in various leadership capacities, the last one being Chief Engineer (General Manager) at NCL, • Worked with Reliance Power and spearheaded Heavy Machinery selection for their Sasan Mines • Visited Russia on two occasions and USA on one occasion as part of his job assignments
  • 17. ADDITIONAL SKILLS Following skill trainings are OPTIONAL part of our training program, at a subsidized fee for our regular candidates only: 1. CNC Machines - Numerical control (NC) is the automation of machine tools that are operated by abstractly programmed commands encoded on a storage medium, as opposed to controlled manually via handwheels or levers, or mechanically automated via cams alone. Most NC today is computer numerical control (CNC), in which computers play an integral part of the control. 2. Auto CAD – 1st Levels
