71% of these BYOD schemes are unofficial.
Research by BT and Cisco (Beyond Your Device, June 2013) showed that
76% of IT decision makers believe BYOD should be exploited to drive up
efficiency and productivity.
53% of all live BYOD schemes are enabling access
to PIM applications only, with 11% exclusively for
access to LOB applications; 35% enable both.

as well as cost savings per clinician per
year of around £20,000.
