Nina Shealey, Director of Community Development, presented three cases to demolish vacant and deteriorating homes owned by the San Antonio Country Club located at 141, 149, and 153 Burr Road. The homes were deemed to have no historic significance. Public notification generated support from 19 community members and opposition from one. Motions were made to approve significance reviews to demolish all main and accessory structures at each of the three addresses.
