Unemployment occurs when a person who is actively
searching for employment is unable to find work.
Unemployment exist in all countries in the world

3. MEASURING UNEMPLOYMENT
The International Labour Organisation, an agency of the
united nations, defines unemployed people as those who are :
Without a job, but who want a job and have actively sought
work in the last four weeks and are available to star work in
the next to weeks.
Out of work, have found a job and are waiting to start itin
the next two weeks.
