   of $1.8 million, at operational
   limit
•  Antiquated infrastructure with
   inefficient space & poor
   equipment
•  Tremendous potential +
   aggressive growth plan = 267%
   growth in 3 years
•  Opened new commissary in
   2006

         event/catering organization of choice by our team members and clients.
