Predominantly Cabernet Sauvignon, with minor
percentages of Cabernet Franc.
The color is deep red.
The aromas are complex and characterized by hints of
currant, blueberry, and plum jam together with
pleasant complex notes of tobacco and licorice.
The structure is strong and full, but at the same time it
reveals softness and maturity. Thanks to sweet and
elegant tannins, it is very persistent in the finish.
Aging potential is considerable.

  • 17. BANFI BOLGHERI ROSSO DOC ASKA Predominantly Cabernet Sauvignon, with minor percentages of Cabernet Franc. The color is deep red. The aromas are complex and characterized by hints of currant, blueberry, and plum jam together with pleasant complex notes of tobacco and licorice. The structure is strong and full, but at the same time it reveals softness and maturity. Thanks to sweet and elegant tannins, it is very persistent in the finish. Aging potential is considerable.
