D.O.5 Hispanobodegas was created as an enterprise based on the idea of collectively offering the products of Spain’s most emblematic Officially Certified Winegrowing Regions (Denominaciones de Origen): Rioja, Ribera del Duero and Rueda which together represent arround 30% of the officially certified wine produced in Spain. This means we can guarantee a flexible, diverse and prestigious portfolio with respect to the origins of our wines.

Collina del Tiglio is a family owned winery in Piedmont, Italy. Our vineyards are located among the medieval towns and castles of Alto-Monferrato.
The 10 hectares of vines, some more than 50 years old, include Chardonnay, Cortese, Dolcetto, Barbera, and Cabernet Franc varietals. Our viniculture philosophy is a blend of personal attention and a modern approach.

The unique taste of this wine reflects the character of
the finest CHARDONNAY grapes, ripened under the sun
and caressed by the gentle Mediterranean breeze.
After a 24-hour cold maceration, LAUDUM
CHARDONNAY was left to ferment in new Allier and
Nevers oak casks until it was time for bottling.
Nose: Its intense aroma comes from the variety itself,
but also has fruity overtones of peach, grapefruit,
pineapple and other exotic fruits.
Palate: On the palate it is broad and silky, balanced
with the vanilla-like tones of oak.
Gastronomy: Ideal for accompanying shellfish, oysters,

58. BOCOPA: The Organic Project
Origins: In 1996 a group of farmers decided to go into action
and start an organic vineyard cultivation project. The following
year, saw the launch of the first organically certified BOCOPA
Wine.
Currenntly, BOCOPA, has a total cultivation area of 325 hectares
with 20 associated farmers, making it one of the most important
Wineries in Spain.
The soil where the BOCOPA organic vineyard is located is varied.
They are light soils, wich improves solar refraction and hence,
Improve the sunlight exposure of the grape , they are poor in
Nutrients and rich in active limestone.
Facts: Bocopa is one of the largest Organic wine
producers all over the world
59. BOCOPA: The Organic Project
Climate: We are located in an area with a Mediterranean-
continental transition climate,which means the area has very
cold winters and long, dry and warm summers. This is
particulary beneficial for the medium to long cycle varieties
(the ones we grow) at the end of the ripering process. It is an
area with little nd highly concentrated rainfall, so grape health
and disease management is very efficient with a very small
number of treatments.
Yields. Generally speaking, yields are low, ranging from 3000
kg/ha in the dry land plots with densities of 1500 plants/ha to
5500 kg/ha in the irrigated plots with densities of 2500 plants/
ha.

65. LAUDUM PETIT VERDOT
Intense cherry maroon colour, well covered.
Stresses its aromatic intensity that provides
memories of the forest ripe berries lightly with
balsamic nice mineral notes.
In the mouth, we find a tasty wine, balanced, with
an ideal structure. Impressive intensity of flavours
in your mouth timber and fruit compotes with notes
of chocolate.

Oak aged: 4 months in new oak barrels.
66. LAUDUM CABERNET SAUVIGNON
It is presented with a beautiful cherry colour
pillory.
It shows an interesting aromatic complexity of
Black fruit, with notes mature smoked and roasted
tones.
Flavour is succulent and flavourful, with tannins
well integrated. Its step-by-mouth shows aromas
that are reminiscent of cherry liqueur and minerals
produced by the touch wood.

Variety: 100% Cabernet-Sauvignon
Alcohol Volume: 14%
Oak aged: 4 months in new oak barrels.
67. LAUDUM NATURE-ALTA EXPRESIÓN
Colour: Deep cherry red with terracotta
reflections.
Aroma: Intense, complex and enveloping
aroma, conjuring up rise fruit notes well
balanced with the aromas of noble woods.
Taste: It is mature, fatty and lingering.
It goes very well with game, red meats,
cheeses and traditional cooking.
Wine: Red 2002 – 75 cl
Variety: Monastrell, Tempranillo and Cabernet
Sauvignon.
Alcohol Volume: 13,5%
To serve preferably at 17º C.
