Fine Art at UEL is taught by practicing artists and critics with international reputations. School of design introduction new version
The School of Design at South China University of Technology was established in 2001 and has since grown to include 64 faculty members and over 200 undergraduate students. It includes departments in industrial design, information and interaction design, environmental design, and costume design. The school has 14 design research studios led by professors, 30+ student studios, and facilities for modeling, CAD, 3D printing, and more. The Application of Montessori Model in Teaching Reading to Very Young Learner...
Maria Montessori had many great ideas when it comes to teaching children how to read. The Montessori reading curriculum has three essential principles: a strong foundation in phonics, comprehension based on visualization, and whole language, or learning to read for meaning and using context clues. In the Montessori classroom, by the age of four, children are developmentally read and eager to begin the preparation for reading. Reading in kindergarten is very important because they have to start using the reading ability before they go to primary school. This paper was intended to know how the teacher implements Montessori in teaching reading. The previous study on Montessori showed that children proved to be better prepared for elementary school in reading and math skills than non-Montessori children. This paper was a case study. It was conducted in sixteen meetings at Kindergarten 2 Ruby class where the authors were the non-participant observer so they did not take any participation in the English teaching and learning activites. The authors obtained the data from interviews, classroom observations, field notes, video recording and pictures taking. The result of this paper showed that the teacher implemented Montessori model in teaching reading by using of some teaching techniques (phonics reading, nursery rhymes, games, fun activites, storytelling), teaching aids, and different teaching procedures. It can be concluded that the teaching techniques, teaching aids, and teaching procedures which the teacher uses, makes the students become more active and they are willing to participate during the lesson.

Titan township-primary school
Titan Township is a 110-acre planned community established in 1991 near Hosur, India. It currently houses around 130 families in rows of duplex houses arranged around landscaped courtyards. Each house has an open space in front and a private garden. The township has amenities like a shopping center, medical clinic, recreation center, and Titan School. The school, established in 2001, teaches around 350 children from pre-primary to 5th standard using an alternative, holistic educational approach without examinations until 4th standard. It is located in Titan Township near Hosur and has facilities like classrooms, labs, a library, auditorium, and landscaped areas.

ECO SCHOOL DESIGN
Studies show that sustainable learning environments can be a big advantage for students, improving their well-being, happiness and even their cognitive processes. But how can parents ensure that their children’s classrooms are as green as they can be.
Themes do emerge: good daylight and indoor air quality predominate; a link between indoors and out is strongly asserted; and the use of benign materials is paramount. But this is no more than what good school design has always aimed for.
Sustainable School Architecture is a guide to the planning, architecture, and design of schools that are healthy, stimulating, and will conserve energy and resources.

Natural light enters through the glass exterior walls and openings between the arches, extending the natural environment into the interior.

Acoustical considerations in designing musical auditoriums are complex with many interrelated factors. An ideal reverberation time (RT) must balance fullness of tone with loudness, definition, and diffusion. However, RT alone does not guarantee acoustic excellence - it is one contributing factor. Definition is satisfactory if the initial time delay gap is under 20 milliseconds, direct sound is loud relative to reverberant sound, and there is no echo. Providing adequate bass over large audiences is difficult since many instruments are weak in fundamentals.

Sound is a disturbance that passes through a medium as longitudinal waves, causing the sensation of hearing. The speed of sound differs depending on the molecular composition of the medium. When sound waves encounter barriers in an enclosed space, they can be reflected, absorbed, refracted, diffused, diffracted, or transmitted. Reflection occurs when the wavelength is smaller than the surface, causing the waves to hit the enclosure continuously until the energy reduces to zero. Absorption occurs when some of the wave's energy is lost through transfer to barrier molecules. Refraction is the bending of sound waves when passing between different media. [END SUMMARY]
