Abstract
Rabobank is one of the top three banks in the Netherlands. They have
already adopted agile methodologies and established a combined
DevOps team, but wanted to improve their development process
further and bring applications to customers quickly without
compromising quality. Using CA Agile Requirements Designer, which is
deployed across their business analysts and testers, they have improved
testing efficiency and have created a single repository for managing and
tracking business requirements and test cases. As a result of this
collaborative approach, Rabobank is expecting a 30% increase in the
efficiency of their testers, and 10% of their business analysts, over three
years.
